GLAMOUR TAGS - TERMS & CONDITIONS

Refund Policy:
Glamour Tags has a no-refund policy due to the permanent state of engraving on the individual tag(s). In other words, if the customer keyed the name in wrong during the ordering process we cannot refund or replace the tag at our cost. We will be happy to order the customer a new tag at the same price.

Glamour Tags will replace any tag if the error falls on the ownership or manufactures defect. I.e. If there is a defect in the tag itself or an error was made during the engraving process.
